  It's really too bad, because this would have been a 5 star review because the actual dental work is great! But the receptionist/records person will drive the most patient and understanding person out of their mind!!!! Every time I go in there I am asked to update my information....which I do. I have at least 4 times. Still had claims being sent to the wrong insurance company (updated twice), had my last name listed wrong (updated 3 times) and even after they ALWAYS send my claims to my old insurance company at least ONCE. My last straw was when the receptionist called me to get my address "because I didn't update it last time I was in." The kicker is that I have NEVER lived at that address since I ever started going there and it's actually the address of a family member who also goes there (with a completely different last name). Unbelievable! Will NOT be making another appointment here again! Also, hope nothing ever comes up when you have an appointment because the missed appointment fee is BEYOND insane. It's a shame because I used to leave here with my teeth looking and feeling better than anywhere else.
